Luxury Exhibit stands behind our merchandise, but we also stand behind our customers. If you purchase an item, and it is deemed un-authentic; LuxuryExhibit.com will refund 100% of all the costs to the consumer (including item, shipping, insurance, etc.).

The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date, along with all security strips, and packaging in place. Call Customer Assistance, and you will be issued a Return Number, and a set of instructions to complete the process.

 Authentication Resolution Process

Luxury Exhibit will then run the item through a re-authentication process. If the item is deemed authentic; we will refund 90% of the purchase cost + 10% store credit to Luxuryexhibit.com, good for 30 days.
