Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a purchase, Luxury Exhibit offers a 14 day return policy for all orders, as long as these conditions are met:

• Call Customer Assistance and receive a Return Number.
• The package is returned within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
• The invoice for the purchase is included in the package.
• The item must be unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered; if the item is deemed to have been used or damaged, Luxury Exhibit holds the right to deny return.
• All security tags found on the item must be intact; if not, the return will be void. (Please, do not  remove security tags until you are positive of your satisfaction with the item.)
• If the Return is successful, you will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and return costs will NOT be refunded).

If purchase was paid by credit card: the refund will be issued to that account upon receiving the item and determining its unused condition.

If an item you receive is incorrect or is different from the one we advertised, we will issue you a full refund. Issue must be reported to us within 24 hours after you receive it.
