Timepieces

Luxury Exhibit offers a 2 year warranty on all timepieces purchased on our site. All Pre-Owned timepieces are covered for 6 months. This warranty covers the consumer for defects under regular use such as: battery replacement, movement damage or a malfunction due to manufacturing.

The Warranty does NOT cover:

• Scratches to glass cover.
• Damage to the bracelet, strips, screws, finish, buckle or any other physical damage.
• Damage due to sand and water.
• Damage due to excessive wear and use (if noted, will void warranty even if other problems are covered under warranty).

      
If you have a problem with the timepiece, and have it serviced by an outside party, the warranty will be voided. Please be advised: Luxury Exhibit will be obligated to repair a watch under the warranty. However, at the behest of the company, Luxury Exhibit holds the right to not repair the timepiece, but instead, refund the purchase price of the timepiece.

Luxury Exhibit is not an authorized dealer for any of the timepieces we sell. Therefore, we cannot provide the manufacturers warranty. However, Luxury Exhibit stands behind every timepiece we sell by offering our own Luxury Exhibit Warranty.

Jewelry

Luxury Exhibit offers a lifetime warranty to the original customer on all jewelry pieces. The jewelry must be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.  This warranty is void if the piece of jewelry is damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or any other reason.
